El Salvador – Bitcoin move

El Salvador moved more than 350million$ in Bitcoin into the cold wallet.

This week Central American country bought/received 5,000 BTC into their cold wallet, this amount equals to 350 000 000$ (by the price of 70,000$).

The disclosure by President Nayib Bukele nearly doubles the country’s known stash of the digital asset.

In Twitter (lastly knows as X) Presedent Bukele refered to this transaction as “our first #Bitcoin piggy bank.” El Salvador stores their actual cold wallet in the most secure vault in their country.
